Meetings are held at the Community Meeting Room, Up Holland Library, Hall Green and are open to members of the public to attend and listen to proceedings.
At 7.15pm there is a 15 minute public participation session prior to the meeting. (NOTE: the public participation will be held from 6.45pm to 7.00pm at the May meeting due to the Annual Parish Council meeting starting at 7.00pm)
